How do I ask JDT for a quote?
Call JDT Construction Inc. at (905) 818-0106, or email johnny@jdtconstruction.ca with what you want built, your street or neighbourhood in Hamilton, and photos of the house and the spot where the new porch, deck or garage would go. JDT replies by phone or email to talk it through, and visits to measure before drawing it and writing the proposal.
What should I send?
- Email the details and photos to johnny@jdtconstruction.ca.
- Call (905) 818-0106.
The more of these the first message has, the sooner the first visit can be the right one:
- What you want built: a covered porch, a deck, a garage, or something else.
- Where: your street or neighbourhood. The full address can wait until a visit is booked.
- A rough size, if you have one, and any roof line or railing style you like.
- Photos: the whole front or back of the house, and the spot where the new work goes.
- When you would like it done.
What happens after I send it?
- JDT calls or emails you back to talk it through.
- A visit to see the spot and measure.
- A picture of your house with the new work drawn in, and a written proposal with the whole scope and one price.
- You sign on your phone, and your project page opens with everything about the job.
What does it cost?
Each job is priced from its own drawing and scope, so nothing on this website is a quote. The proposal shows one total price with the HST on its own line, and how the payments follow the build. The agreements page has the details.
What do you do with my details?
They are used only to answer your request. The privacy page says what is kept and for how long.
